Pillar 06 · Multi-tenant fleet

Two hundred accounts, twelve clients, one dashboard.

Multi-tenant isolation, per-sub credentials, agency-grade roll-up reporting. Know which client's deliverability is worst right now without opening twelve tabs.

The painful status quo

Agencies don't run accounts. They run fleets.

Twelve clients across two hundred sending accounts is not twelve dashboards. It is one operational surface where you need to know — right now — which client is worst, which domain is closest to burning, and which workspace needs your attention before the next campaign goes out.

  • Per-client tabs in Instantly, Workspace, Cloudflare — opening twelve browser windows to triage which client is worst right now.

  • Credential sprawl across clients: forgotten passwords, shared sheets, junior staff missing context.

  • No roll-up reporting: the agency owner can't answer how the whole portfolio is doing without an evening of spreadsheet work.

What Mailnurse does

Multi-tenant isolation. Agency-grade roll-up.

  1. 01

    Isolate.

Each client is a workspace. Credentials, domain pools, rules, and dashboards never bleed across tenants. Sub-accounts get scoped access by role.

  2. 02

    Aggregate.

The agency overview rolls up every workspace into a single fleet view — total accounts, average placement, current alerts, pending replacements.

  3. 03

    Triage.

Sort by worst-performing client. Drill into the worst account. Take action — pause, replace, escalate. The whole loop in under sixty seconds.

Built for the agency

Twelve clients, one operating surface.

Workspace isolation.

Per-client tenants with their own credentials, domains, mailboxes, rules, and reporting. Nothing crosses the boundary.

Role-based access.

Per-sub credentials with scoped permissions: owner, analyst, operator, view-only. Junior staff see what they need; senior staff see everything.

Roll-up dashboard.

A single agency view that aggregates account count, placement averages, alert counts, and rotation queues across every workspace.

White-label option.

The Agency tier ships with brand-skinned client-facing reports — a deliverability report you can hand to clients without explaining what Mailnurse is.

Fleet FAQ

Running cold email across many clients at once.

Can I have one Mailnurse account that manages multiple clients?
Yes — that's the design. The Pro tier supports unlimited workspaces; the Agency tier adds multi-tenant client portals and white-label reports. Each workspace is a fully isolated environment for one client.
How are credentials scoped?
Each workspace owns its own Spaceship, Cloudflare, Workspace, and Instantly API tokens. They never appear in the agency overview. Sub-accounts (your team) get scoped roles — operator, analyst, or view-only — that determine what they can see and act on inside each workspace.
Can clients log in directly?
On the Agency tier, yes. Each client gets a view-only login showing their workspace dashboard, branded with your agency identity. You decide which metrics surface; their data never crosses into other clients' workspaces.
What does the roll-up dashboard show?
Total accounts and placement averages by workspace, the count of accounts currently in warning or replace state, the pending rotation queue, and a heat-map of which clients are absorbing the most operational time. One screen to plan your day.

Care, expressed as precision.
